PROFILE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After nearly 25 years of stockbroking including membership of the Adelaide and then the Australian Stock Exchange, Angus Middleton founded SA Capital Pty Ltd under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL: 291787) authorising it to provide financial advice and financial product dealing services, in respect of a range of financial products, to wholesale clients. This business has successfully provided services to corporate and wholesale investors since its inception. Angus is the Managing Director and Responsible Manager of SA Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SA Capital and its associates have been involved in advising and raising equity for corporations in the form of venture capital, seed capital, private equity, pre-initial public offering and initial public offerings. SA Capital and its associates have also been active in the secondary or listed market. Typically, SA Capital acts as the underwriter for issues of equity but has also worked with other AFS Licence holders and advisors as a syndicate. SA Capital, its associates and its wholesale clients also invest together in managed investment schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angus Middleton is also the Managing Director of SA Capital Funds Management Limited, the manager of the Micro-cap Mining focused, closed end, fixed term SACFM NO 1 Fund. SA Capital Funds Management commenced operations in 2007 and successfully gained an AFS Licence (AFSL: 320797) in February 2008. The Management Company intends to manage other Funds under partnership with other Fund Managers following the maturity of the SACFM No 1 Fund in 2013\/2014.
SA Capital and SA Capital Funds Management have been primarily active in the Mining Sector with Angus Middleton as its principal accepting Non-Executive roles with publically listed Companies. This role was driven by corporate needs in the areas of Capital Raising and Investor & Public Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angus accepted a promotion from Non-Executive Chairman to the Managing Directors role at Crest Minerals Limited in April 2012. His achievements include a successful ASX Listing raising $3,500,000 in a very difficult market in June 2012, overseeing 37,000 meters of drilling over three project areas and the raising of $1,000,000 (approximately) in an equally difficult June 2013. He leaves Crest which has made a gold discovery at its flagship project Majestic North in good shape to focus on infill and extention development drilling for an intended Open Pit Mine in the second half of 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Executive responsibilities at SA Capital Pty Ltd & SA Capital Funds Management Limited Angus has a Corporate Finance role with Crowdfunder Equitise and is on the Advisory Board of Berkeley Funds Management & Industrial Hemp Company Kavvabis.
