SA Capital is a corporate advisory firm specializing in equity raisings and underwritings.&nbsp;The principal Angus Middleton is also Managing Director&nbsp;of SA Capital Funds Management Limited (SACFM) which manages an Adelaide based Microcap Investment Fund the SACFM No 1 Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-site-bg-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">SA Capital has been involved in advising and raising equity for corporations in the form of venture capital, seed capital, private equity, pre-initial public offerings and initial public offerings.
